Delivery Charges:

Most of the products on our website come with free delivery to the UK mainland. If you require delivery outside of the UK mainland, please get in touch with us for a quote. Please note that there may be additional carrier charges for returns to certain postcodes in Scotland and the Scottish Highlands.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy gives us discretion to handle cancellations, returns, and refunds, except in the case of faulty or defective products. If you would like to request a cancellation, return, or refund, please contact us at sales@camforklifts.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your request.

For consumer orders, with the exception of bespoke products, you must notify us of your intention to cancel your purchase either before the order is shipped or within 14 days of delivery, starting on the day after your delivery. Requests made outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

If your request is accepted and the products have already been delivered, you must return them in their original and unused condition within 14 days of cancelling the order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products and a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us to arrange the return.

If a refund is granted, it will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that the refund amount may be reduced if the value of the products has decreased as a result of handling them in a manner that was not consistent with their intended use.Contact us at sales@camforklifts.co.uk for questions related to refunds and returns.

Returns of Incorrect Items:

We recommend carefully reviewing the product specifications before placing an order to ensure you receive the correct item. If you have any doubts about which product is right for you, please feel free to contact us for assistance. In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. A re-stocking fee ranging from 10%-35% of the product price, as well as return shipping costs, will be the responsibility of the customer in this case.

Returns of Damaged/Faulty Goods:

Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects caused by the manufacturer. The length of the warranty period may vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Please refer to the product page for specific warranty information. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by customer negligence.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us at 0114 243 3332 within 7 business days, quoting your order number. We will assess the situation and, depending on the product and circumstances, arrange for collection or an engineer visit. The product must be returned in its original packaging to avoid further damage. Any refund, repair, or replacement will be determined after the product has been thoroughly inspected.
